I Did My Time
Sitting on the bunk of his cell, Sir Walter Raleigh, better known as “Sir”, waits impatiently for the correctional officers to take him to the holding area for release. After spending thirty years of a fifty-year sentence, he is anxious to get out of the prison he was locked in. Although he was a notorious gangster on the streets, he was a model prisoner inside. Oh, he got into his share of fights but that’s expected when you are locked up in a place where everyone has something to prove. Sir had to put many men on their backs for trying to rape or kill him. After several years of men getting their bones broken or nearly getting killed, the fighting for Sir subsided.
A young boy is groomed by his gangster uncles to be their hit-man and highly trained stealth assassin. As he grew older, his kills were so clean no law enforcement agency could catch him. However, betrayed by one of his uncles who hated him, he went to prison for tax evasion. Thirty years later, as a fifty-four-year-old man, he is released. He vows never to kill again. He starts a simple life, preparing to spend his senior years alone and in peace, but a beautiful young woman entered the picture. He fell in love with her and her six-year-old son. Life for the ex-hit-man was going well until his past came back to haunt him. The old gang organization pulled him back into the game by threatening his new family. Now they have to deal with the wrath of the deadliest hit-man on the planet…and they call him “Sir.”
